Aplast is a subsidiary of the Zagožen Group whose tradition dates back to 1976. The company has been operating since 1992 and since 2002 it has been strongly focused on the development and production of products using rotomoulding technology. We are a reliable development partner for companies across various industries.

Through continuous investment in technology expansion of production capacities and development of new solutions for infrastructure industry and mobility we strengthen our position as one of the leading manufacturers of plastic products in the region. Key milestones include expansion into international markets development of proprietary product lines and the acquisition of international quality certifications and environmental standards.

1992

Company registration in the business register.

1998

Relocation to a new business facility.

1999

Initial development of shaft production.

2002

Acquisition of business premises purchase of the first rotomoulding machine and start of production of the first rotomoulding products sewer manholes and water meter insulation chambers.

2006

The acquisition of a 3600 m² production hall along with a new business facility including a tool shop and laboratory represents a significant milestone in the company’s development. The investment enabled the expansion of production capacity and strengthened both development and manufacturing capabilities.

2011

Launch of AQUAstay product line for water management.

2012

Launch of development and production of the caravan product line

2013

Acquisition of the ECOdip brand and start of production of water treatment equipment

2016

The strategic acquisition of an existing factory in Ložnica (current location) with a size of 10000 m² on a 40000 m² site represents a major turning point in the company’s development. The facility was fully renovated and expanded while production was gradually relocated to the new site.

2020

The expansion with a new 3500 m² production hall for rotoliv and the introduction of state of the art production equipment including rotoliv plastic injection molding and plastic bending represent a significant milestone in the company’s development. The investment increased production capacity and further strengthened the technological level of manufacturing.

2022

Installation of a 1 MW solar power plant as a significant step toward sustainable energy.

2024

Construction of a new tool shop and machine workshop. The project strengthened in house development and manufacturing capabilities and enhanced the company’s technological capacity.

2025

Relocation to new business premises followed by continued company growth and development. Introduction of rotomoulding technology.
