Product assembly and welding

At Aplast we provide comprehensive assembly and processing of rotomoulding products completing the production process into a fully functional and technically refined solution. We operate two large assembly workshops enabling the production of both standard products and custom solutions in accordance with customer requirements and technical documentation.

Quality and functionality

Assembly workshop

In the assembly workshops we carry out product assembly using various processes such as welding cutting drilling and mechanical processing of individual components. Each product is manufactured based on precisely defined technical documentation ensuring compliance and functionality.

Plastic component welding

We complement our offering with advanced welding processes that ensure strong and reliable joints. We use butt welding extrusion welding and electrofusion welding depending on the material type and application requirements.

Pressure testing

When required we also perform pressure testing to verify the tightness and mechanical resistance of joints ensuring reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions. This further confirms compliance with required standards and long service life.

CNC and robotic processing

To meet high requirements in final processing we use CNC and robotic processes that ensure precision repeatability and manufacturing quality. This approach enables the processing of complex geometries and optimal adaptation of products to their intended application.

Manual processing and finishing

Where additional precision or customization is required we also perform manual product processing. This includes fine finishing adjustments and detailed inspection ensuring a flawless final appearance and full functionality.
