Cable manholes

Cable chambers for electrical and telecommunication networks represent a reliable and durable solution for the organization and protection of cable nodes. Made of high-quality polyethylene, they ensure high resistance to mechanical loads, environmental impacts and long-term use as their service life exceeds 50 years. They are available in various nominal sizes (DN625, DN800, DN1000, DN1500 and DN1600), which allows adaptation to different project and infrastructure requirements.

Due to its watertight design, the cable chamber effectively protects electrical cables, optical fibers and other telecommunication connections from moisture and external influences. Its lightweight construction enables easy transport and quick manual manipulation in the field, which significantly reduces installation time. Installation is simple and height adjustment is quick, allowing optimal integration into various construction situations.

Flexible Connection Options
A special advantage of the system is the flexibility in making connections. Various combinations of inlet and outlet openings can be made along the chamber’s perimeter and it is also possible to add new connections later without complex interventions. The cable chamber allows the installation of a cast iron or PE cover, which further increases its usability in various environments.

It supports the connection of a wide range of protective pipes, including PVC, PE and PP pipes, both smooth and corrugated. Standard connections cover dimensions from ø32 to ø200 and other dimensions are also available upon request. Such adaptability enables efficient use in modern electrical and telecommunication systems where modularity and reliability are of crucial importance.

Cable Chamber 1500 x 1500 x 1800 with Extension – "Aplast" Type

Double-Layer Design: The upper section of the chamber features a double-layer construction with the intermediate space filled with polyurethane foam for enhanced structural integrity.

Superior Strength: Integrated PE pillars and an internal hot-dip galvanized metal framework guarantee maximum load-bearing capacity and exceptional rigidity of the chamber body.

Easy Connections: Flat surfaces on the chamber body facilitate a quick and simple execution of connections.

Cable Routing Support: The internal hot-dip galvanized metal structure allows for the seamless installation of cable glands for routing electrical cables.

Optimized Workspace: The generous standing height provides a safe and highly efficient working environment for maintenance personnel.

Grounding Ready: The chamber includes a pre-prepared designated point for grounding with a PR cable.
