Aplast comprehensive system from concept to execution
At Aplast we carry out a comprehensive technologically supported and controlled process for the development and production of rotomoulding products from initial concept to final delivery.
By integrating all key phases into a unified A–Z process we ensure high quality technical reliability and flexibility. This approach enables rapid adaptation to customer requirements and the development of complex rotomoulding solutions for various industries.
The process begins with the identification of customer needs or initial concept. In this phase we define functional requirements loads operating conditions and key technical parameters. Based on these inputs we establish the foundation for further development and assess feasibility and the optimal approach.
Development and design
The development department prepares a technical solution based on CAD modeling and simulations. We optimize product geometry wall thickness material selection and functional elements according to the intended application
In house tool shop
Based on the approved design we manufacture rotomoulding tools in our in house tool shop. We use a combination of technologies including sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining of aluminum or steel. The process includes preparation of technical documentation tool manufacturing surface treatment (sandblasting) and final validation. The tools are designed for optimal material distribution efficient cooling and long service life.
Production
Production is carried out using advanced rotomoulding technology where key process parameters such as temperature cycle time and material distribution are precisely controlled. Quality control is performed throughout the entire process.
Where required additional processes are integrated including CNC machining robotic and manual finishing assembly and welding (butt extrusion and electrofusion) ensuring a fully functional and technically refined final product.
Finalization and logistics
Finished products are prepared for delivery in accordance with customer requirements. We ensure efficient logistics appropriate packaging and full supply traceability. Our support continues after delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle.
