Modular system design and emptying methods
The ECOdip system is designed as a modular solution enabling a high level of adaptability in relation to waste type collection method and technical requirements of the environment.
This design allows optimal configuration for different waste fractions such as paper packaging glass mixed municipal waste and organic waste with system components that can be combined according to user requirements.
Modularity extends beyond waste type adaptation to include flexibility in the selection of emptying technologies. This enables efficient integration into various municipal systems and compatibility with existing vehicle infrastructure.
Technical container emptying configurations
Conventional opening
The container allows lid opening while the collection bag is equipped with a four point lifting system ensuring safe handling and operation. The system also supports the use of an additional protective liner for collecting leachate improving hygiene conditions and reducing environmental impact.
Quick lift
This is a simplified configuration with a fixed lid and a single lifting point enabling fast and efficient emptying with minimal handling time.
Plastični vložek
A lightweight and durable insert made from HDPE material suitable for various waste fractions. It enables easy handling and provides strong resistance to moisture and chemical exposure.
Metal insert
A galvanized metal insert provides high mechanical resistance and a long service life. It is suitable for more demanding environments and heavier loads.
Single handle
Osnovna in funkcionalna rešitev za upravljanje, ki omogoča enostavno rokovanje pri odpiranju in praznjenju. Primeren je za standardne obremenitve ter zagotavlja hitro in učinkovito manipulacijo.
Dual handle
An ergonomic solution with dual grip enables easier handling and greater stability during container or insert manipulation.
Three lever handle
An advanced handling mechanism that enables improved control during opening and emptying and reduces operator physical effort.
